Attorney’s, Politics, and Corruption
The Kansas House Committee decided to proceed with an investigation against Kansas House speaker Mike O’Neal. House Minority Leader Paul Davis, D-Lawrence along with 5 other democrats triggered the inquiry by alleging O’Neal engaged in misconduct, in which is generally viewed as a conflict of interest. House Speaker Mike O’Neal (Also an Attorney for the Plaintiffs / Kansas Schools) had filed a lawsuit against the State of Kansas in Shawnee County District Court. The lawsuit alleges that the coalition of business and trade groups were unconstitutionally double taxed by 2009 Kansas Legislatures when lawmakers voted to sweep fee-based regulatory funds to assist in elimination of a budget deficit. Kansas House Speaker Mike O’Neal will have an opportunity to give testimony at his hearing. The Kansas citizens are in a quantum. It is hard to understand that the Kansas House Speaker Mike O’Neal, as legal counsel for the Plaintiffs / Kansas Schools, will bring action against his own Legislatures, in which brings out more of a dilemma that what is seen in the public, which also brings out questions by I.F.F.O.C. The Public seems to not understand that this legal action is being paid by taxpayers dollars, which are allocated for our local area school funding, in which brings out the question, “Is the plaintiffs in this action using taxpayers monies, to sue our State Legislatures, to collect more taxpayers money, in which the House Speaker Mike O’Neal will profit off of.” This is a case of who is paying the bill for this 3 ring circus to occur in our courts, so they can make additional profits off of the taxpayers expense. This is almost like a yen riddle, in which is, who is actually paying the bill for the Kansas Schools to sue Kansas Legislatures to retrieve more money off of the taxpayers. This is definitely a story about Attorney’s, Politics, and most of all, corruption for profits, by and through, the Kansas taxpayers. We hire politicians to represent the State of Kansas to now sue there own legislatures to make profits off of us taxpayers, paid for by the taxpayers. What is wrong with this picture?
