Kansas Legislative Proposal 31
I.F.F.O.C. has discovered through research and investigation that Kansas Legislative Proposal 31 has given insight into the State of Kansas being a baby supermarket and the problems with federal funds or grants being used for adoptions and foster care, in which are used for each state. This turns our children into a commodity for states profits. Then states then use these federal funds as a corporate welfare system, (to keep profits these federal funds or grants coming into each state). I.F.F.O.C. has discovered the complications and implications this may create later when our legal court system is no longer a system of justice, but a financial industry for profits, as a corporate welfare system to profit off of our children stuck in the system for profits, and to drain us, as parents, out of money and assets, when parents are fighting for our children’s freedom, from this type of tyranny. I.F.F.O.C. also understands when this occurs, within our halls of justice, there is no balance, due to the fact that our federal courts do not monitor domestic actions in a lower state court action, whereby no one is watching what the lower state court is doing to our children and families. By running us through administrative remedies, and violating our constitutional right to our family and most of all, our children. I.F.F.O.C. realizes that there has to be balance between the two. Simply for the preservation of good families, and to keep our justice system on an equal playing field. As it stands right now, once your child goes into the system of Kansas, by any false accusations, it will be at least (1) year, until the state will return your children back to the wrongful accused parent. I.F.F.O.C. feels that this is enough time to brainwash your children into what they want your children to believe. I.F.F.O.C. believes this is not for the best interest of our children, due to profits between one hundred thousand to two hundred thousand per child, each year. This does not include the bonuses (20 to 30 thousand dollars) these agencies get or receive to keep your children in the system. And then you wonder what went wrong with our children today, due to legal corporate greed, in our system of justice. I.F.F.O.C. hopes this gives insight to the average family to make good family decisions and have equal access to justice in our courts?
