Kansas Social Rehabilitation Services covering up Medical Fraud

I.F.F.O.C. has discovered that Kansas SRS has covered up Medical Fraud, as well as, failure to notify the courts of the neglect of a minor, by foster care. The female minor in question was in SRS custody, by and through the Kansas Foster Care Program. The minor had multiple sexual partners, during this time period, and had contacted sexual transmitted diseases, in which required cervical and vaginal surgery, in which was concealed until the biological father received the medical bills through Blue Cross & Blue Shield Federal Insurance, for Kansas SRS’s negligence in the care of the minor child. Due to the Fraud committed, the attorneys want to get involved, because Kansas SRS had interfered with the biological fathers rights to the records, as well as, parental rights guaranteed by the U.S. constitution. Now the biological father has recourse due to all the negligence created by all those involved, inclusive is the Attorney’s for SRS, Guardian Ad Litem, Assistant District Attorney, and the agencies involved with the minors care. The biological father had also discovered that this is not the first time things went south for this minor child. The Biological father has also discovered that Kansas SRS had neglected this minor when she was 6-8 years of age, when they had reports of this negligence in their files and failed to notify the court and biological father of the abuse, in which was confirmed, by doctors, when the biological father found out, the child was 16 years of age. The Kansas SRS had used the prior counts of abuse, in which was against the biological mother, against the biological father, in the original petition against the father. This is when the biological father had discovered this prior abuse. When the father requested that Kansas SRS produce the reports of abuse, in his request for discovery, in which the father is entitled too by law, pursuant to KSA 60-234, The Third Judicial District Court of Shawnee County, Kansas had stated these reports were to far back to effect this child, even though the biological mother prostituted the daughter out for crack, in which the biological father never had knowledge of until it was too late, and the daughter was acting out of control. I.F.F.O.C. had discovered now the court was covering up the abuse, due to the corporate welfare by the Federal Title IV funds coming into each state, not inclusive is the Federal Bonuses to keep children in Foster Care or Adoption Programs, Whereby, Kansas Legislative Proposal 31, in which states that Kansas is a baby supermarket is true to it’s content and meaning.
